At the 1999 Ryde Local Government elections, among other things Victor campaigned for improvements and an upgrade to our Railways.At the 1999 Ryde Local Government elections, Victor stood as Rate Payers for a popularly elected Mayor.
Undeterred, Victor went on to contest further elections.
